Operation Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to oversee and enhance operational processes within our KSA operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for training departments on safety and operational guidelines, implementing management policies, and driving continuous improvement across environmental, safety, quality, and productivity metrics.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training: Develop and deliver training programs for departments, focusing on Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices and construction skills to ensure key personnel are prepared for emergencies and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the quality management team to identify and prioritize operational processes for quality improvements based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Policy Establishment: Develop and enforce operational management policies that comply with HSE and facility guidelines.
  • Implementation: Implement policies and procedures based on established performance measurement standards and indicators.
  • Leadership: Lead and motivate employees to drive sustainable improvements in environmental, safety, quality, and productivity, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Quality Adherence: Liaise with quality management teams to ensure adherence to quality management policies and standards across operations.
  • Career Development: Oversee and manage career development plans for the operations team to support professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a construction or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE guidelines and quality management practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and employee engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze operational processes and drive improvements based on performance metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
