We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations in KSA. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Goals: Identify and set sales goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Business Planning: Develop and manage business plans covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Operational Understanding: Comprehend and apply organizational policies and procedures in sales operations.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify sales and event opportunities, forecast projected business, and establish targeted sales opportunities.
- Sales Support: Support all sales operations and business policies, ensuring effective interactions with managers and employees.
- Sales Strategy: Develop creative and effective sales plans tailored to the industry.
- Pricing and Market Analysis: Recommend selling prices, monitor costs, competition, supply, and demand.
- Action Plans: Prepare and implement action plans to improve production, productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Advertising and Promotion: Plan, develop, and evaluate advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs to achieve sales objectives.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Set individual sales targets for the team, track progress, and report results.
- Team Management: Oversee the performance and activities of the sales team, providing guidance and support.
- Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and promotional activities.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development for sales team members, including motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor shipping reports and plan freight for outgoing goods, ensuring efficient operations.
- Employee Management: Train department employees, assess performance, recommend pay changes and disciplinary actions, and support process improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent understanding of sales and business planning, operations, and market analysis.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Proficient in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, pricing, and competition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
